About
Trade paperwork should not require enterprise software.
ExportDocsHub generates the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading from a single shipment record. It exists for the 1-to-20-person trading companies that enterprise logistics software was never priced for.
Why we built this
Small importers and exporters live in a strange gap. On one side sit CargoWise and Descartes: capable platforms priced above $1,000 a month, sold with implementation projects, and designed for freight forwarders with dedicated documentation staff. On the other side sit free Word templates, which work right up until someone re-types a weight wrong and a container sits at port accruing demurrage.
The actual job is not complicated. Every export document repeats the same facts: who is shipping, who is receiving, what the goods are, what they weigh, what they're worth. ExportDocsHub captures those facts once and produces all four documents from the same record, then tracks each document from draft to sent to cleared. That's the whole product, and for a small trading company it is most of the documentation job.
Who builds ExportDocsHub
ExportDocsHub is a product of Darza Technologies, LLC, a Wyoming-registered software company that builds focused tools for industries big software ignores. Our first product, FSMA204Hub, does the same thing for food-traceability compliance that ExportDocsHub does for trade paperwork: it takes a process that was being run in spreadsheets and Word templates and gives it purpose-built software at a price a small operator can justify.

What we believe
- Consistency beats diligence. No amount of careful proofreading matches a system where the four documents physically cannot disagree, because they read from one record.
- Small operators deserve real software. A two-person trading company moves real containers and real money. The tooling gap between them and a forwarder with a CargoWise license should not be this wide.
- Software should not pretend to be your broker. We generate documents and suggest HS codes. Classification rulings and customs strategy belong with your licensed broker, and we say so plainly.
